La ubicación es buena, las playas no están muy lejos. El estacionamiento subterráneo es una gran ventaja, a pesar de los espacios limitados. El apartamento es lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. .

A wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people. It is a comfortable apartment, located in an ideal area to be quiet, alone, with family, friends or as a couple. The terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast, and with access to a communal pool you can make the most of the great weather.
It has a terrace, an American kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery,
kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, the accommodation has a television, iron, WIFI internet access, hairdryer, air conditioning with heat pump throughout the accommodation and everything necessary to enjoy a good stay.
The apartment is located in a residential complex with a communal pool, elevator in the block, assigned parking space and large promenade areas.
10 minutes from Alicante International Airport and 10 minutes from Alicante city center, it has the wonderful Urbanova Beach 2 km away, you also have beautiful restaurants in Urbanova Beach, Moments is a cafeteria-restaurant that we recommend, facing the sea.
