It took several phone calls to get through to arrange to get the keys, then they sent someone and said they would call us when they arrived, but nobody did. We were sitting in a restaurant in the same building, and I finally found the woman waiting see more
It took several phone calls to get through to arrange to get the keys, then they sent someone and said they would call us when they arrived, but nobody did. We were sitting in a restaurant in the same building, and I finally found the woman waiting by the building entrance, now knowing where we were, even though I told the gentleman on the phone our plan to wait at the restaurant until someone arrived to show us in. Anyhow, everything was fine after that, and just a miscommunication.

Mayor menaje de la cocina (hemos echado en falta vasos, platos, manteles...) y el agua caliente cada vez que queríamos usar teníamos que apretar el botón de la caldera.
