This flat in the heart of Valencia has an incredible 30m² terrace equipped with hammocks and a table for four people. In addition, the double bedroom has access to a small private balcony. Bright, modern and cosy.
Thanks to the good location of this beautiful property, you will be able to enjoy the wide range of shopping and leisure activities, as well as the cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept their original layout, so you will be able to immerse yourself in the authentic Valencia. Very close to the flat are the lungs of the city, the Jardines del Turia, the old riverbed of the river that runs through the city from west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.
A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival at the accommodation.
Electricity consumption is included up to 50€ per month, excess electricity consumption will be charged to the tenant.

1. Расположение- исторический центр , супермаркет Consum 50 м, большой универмаг- 100 м.
2. Квартира на 2 этаже,выходит во внутренний двор, поэтому нет городского шума. Большая терраса.

Это, конечно, не проблема именно этих апартаментов. В доме установлена общая система вентиляции. Забор воздуха- из гаража. А в старом городе- старая система канализации. Поэтому при включении кондиционера запахи попадают в квартиру. Но мы не включалиsee more

Поэтому при включении кондиционера запахи попадают в квартиру. Но мы не включали кондиционер, а открывали окна в противоположных комнатах. Этого было достаточно.
