Great Escape by Fidalsa is a villa with a spacious and modern interior, designed for enjoying with family and friends. It features a communal pool available during the summer months and is only 700 meters from the beach.
It is strategically located between Cantabria and Vizcaya, in the coastal town of Castro Urdiales. It has all kinds of services nearby and, at the same time, is in a very quiet area where you can rest and disconnect.
HOUSE LAYOUT:
Ground floor: We find a living room with access to a terrace, a kitchen, and a toilet. The garden is accessed from the main entrance.
First floor: It has 4 spacious double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Basement: There is a dining area (txoko), a toilet, and the garage.
WORK AREAS:
In the living room, you will find a comfortable and spacious desk. This is also where the WIFI is located.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a breakfast table and is equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
COMMUNITY AREA:
The house is located within a gated community, and inside, there is a closed space with a spacious garden where the pool is situated.
DEPOSIT:
