As\u00ed, conmemoraban la <\/span><b style=\"background-color: transparent;\">llegada del buen tiempo veraniego<\/b><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">, al igual que ped\u00edan al Sol que se mantuviera en el cielo y, a la Tierra, una gran fertilidad. El verano promet\u00eda bonanza en la alimentaci\u00f3n y la riqueza. Estos pueblos lo sab\u00edan y no perd\u00edan la ocasi\u00f3n de favorecer sus intereses.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La leyenda dec\u00eda que <\/span><b>el Sol se encontraba enamorado de la Tierra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y, por ello, se negaba a abandonarla, lo que acortaba las noches.
