This impressive terraced house is the ideal place to create new memories with friends and family. The exterior is equipped with a private garden, swimming pool, shaded seating area and barbecue, the perfect place to make the most of good weather. The interior of the house is modern and tastefully decorated, and includes air conditioning and TV. It is incredibly conveniently located in the city centre of Torrevieja, very close to the bus station, which is perfect for day trips.

Located in the Aguas Nuevas urbanisation, 6 minutes by car from the beautiful La Mata beach with fine, beautiful and very large sand, which joins with Guardamar del Segura with 15 km of sand, the village of La Mata, small, with all the charm of a Mediterranean village, we recommend the restaurant on the first line of La Mata LA MAR DE BIEN, excellent breakfasts and beautiful dinners by the sea, the bakery and pastry shop of La Mata, on the main street, try everything, sweet, savoury and you will taste some rich homemade flavours, we advise going early to avoid queues.
If you like routes, the route of the Salinas de la Mata, with its precise natural pine park and being able to enjoy its fauna, something also incredible, going around it is 20 km of hiking, don't be scared you have routes from 5 km onwards.

Encontramos este alojamiento por casualidad muy a última hora y la verdad que no nos pudo salir mejor.
La casita está a todo detalle, con todo lo imprescindible y más!! Las instalaciones y cocina nuevitas y todo super limpio.

La casita está a todo detalle, con todo lo imprescindible y más!! Las instalaciones y cocina nuevitas y todo super limpio. Por dentro está genial, pero sin duda, lo que le da valor a este alojamiento es su jardín - terraza privada, en la que puedes disfrutar de momentos inolvidables. El punto fuerte de este alojamiento lo ponen sus anfitriones y dueños que viven pegados y que son encantadores. Maria José y Carlos pendientes en todo momento de todo! Así da gusto.. La piscina, que linda con la propiedad de los anfitriones es enorme y que la dejen para el uso y disfrute para los huéspedes durante su estancia es otro de los puntos fuertes sin ninguna duda. Para nosotros que viajamos con nuestra perrita Syra, ha sido el alojamiento perfecto! Agradecemos Alojamientos petfriendly!!! Un auténtico placer si tienes oportunidad de escaparte unos días por la costa Alicantina! Gracias por todo! Esperamos vernos pronto! |
